This blend was inspired by the shimmering yellow rays of sunshine that bathe the East Tennessee valley. This is where Davy Crockett grew up playing in the creeks and rivers, smashing boulders and taming bears, as the legend goes. Every batch begins with high-quality Ethiopian and Colombian beans that we blend into a delicious blonde roast with light, refreshing flavors and a delicate finish.

After it’s picked, every bean of Crockett Coffee is roasted to perfection in small batches at our family-owned roaster, deep in the heart of Crockett country. Sun Creek Blend goes through a short, low-temperature roasting process to create a lighter-colored coffee with higher acidity and more complex, nuanced flavors.

Best coffee ever!!
The light roast ground coffee is fabulous!! No bitterness ,even after sitting in the percolator while we enjoy our first cup in the morning. I am a “coffee snob”, very particular and honestly this coffee is amazing. I am sure to pack the Light Roast coffee pods when going out of town and was so pleased the deliciousness did not wane. Worth a try and I love the connection with Tunnel to Towers. Thank you Clay & Buck for making my mornings something to look forward to even more!
