This blend was inspired by the shimmering yellow rays of sunshine that bathe the East Tennessee valley. This is where Davy Crockett grew up playing in the creeks and rivers, smashing boulders and taming bears, as the legend goes. Every batch begins with high-quality Ethiopian and Colombian beans that we blend into a delicious blonde roast with light, refreshing flavors and a delicate finish.

Sun Creek Blend goes through a short, low-temperature roasting process to create a lighter-colored coffee with higher acidity and more complex, nuanced flavors.
